1 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 699bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service made available at 699bd, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus facilities offered on the platform.

By creating an account with 699bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 699bd service. Continued use of 699bd after any published revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

699bd operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All services are offered in English and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). These Terms are governed by the principles of applicable law as they relate to online gaming platforms and consumer protection.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to 699bd is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 699bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued identification document. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 699bd will suspend your account until the matter is resolved.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one 699bd account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested. You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes. 699bd is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

699bd services are intended for use by eligible players located in Bangladesh. If you access 699bd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under local law, you do so entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility. It is your obligation to ensure that using 699bd is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

699bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your account lifecycle at 699bd's discretion, you may be required to submit identity documents including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a selfie photograph, a screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and proof of address where applicable. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by 699bd may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.2 Account Balance

Your 699bd account balance is maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The balance reflects real money deposited by you, adjusted for settled bets, casino game outcomes, applicable bonuses, and any applicable fees. Your 699bd balance is not a bank deposit and does not accrue interest. 699bd holds player funds in a manner that is separate from operational funds to the extent practicable.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 699bd may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts, debited from the available balance, after providing notice to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the balance will be reduced to zero. Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months with a zero balance may be permanently closed.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 699bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. Where you request account closure as a responsible gaming measure (self-exclusion), different procedures apply as described in Section 10 of these Terms. 699bd will process closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving a complete and confirmed request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

699bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month and are displayed within your account dashboard. Limits may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 699bd balance within thirty (30) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. 699bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network outages, or technical issues outside of our control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods (such as the conclusion of major BPL or IPL fixtures) may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. 699bd reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity patterns are irregular.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on 699bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 699bd does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on the payment side is the responsibility of your payment provider and any associated fees or exchange rates are not controlled by 699bd.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional credits offered by 699bd are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and qualifying game or market restrictions are published for each promotion. Sports bets placed at odds lower than those specified in the promotion terms do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

699bd monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets that exploit loopholes in promotion terms; using automated software or bots to generate bonus activity; coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 699bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated from bonus funds, and close the account.

5.4 Seasonal and Cricket-Specific Promotions

699bd regularly offers promotions aligned with major cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as seasonal events including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited, and 699bd is under no obligation to maintain or repeat any promotional offer. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms published alongside the specific offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted electronically via the 699bd platform. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except as expressly provided in these Terms or in the specific sport rules applicable to that market.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts may apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, event, and account status. Current stake limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 699bd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being declared; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; the event is suspended and the relevant result cannot be determined. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance.

6.4 Palpable Errors

699bd reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at odds that were clearly posted in error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious mistake". This includes situations where odds are posted significantly out of line with prevailing market prices due to a technical, human, or data-feed error. In such cases, 699bd will notify affected players and return stakes to their accounts. 699bd will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from palpable errors.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket and other sports events. In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time during the event, particularly during significant game events (wickets, boundaries, penalties, goals). Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. 699bd uses live data feeds to update in-play markets and is not responsible for delays between real-world events and market updates caused by data feed latency.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Game Providers and Fairness

Casino and slot games available on 699bd are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games offered by these providers use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. 699bd does not control the outcome of any casino game and the results of each game round are entirely determined by the provider's certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game session.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or any other system error during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided. 7.3 Live Casino

8 Account Security

8.1 Credential Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 699bd username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 699bd will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any request purporting to come from 699bd asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

8.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 699bd immediately. Until 699bd receives such notification, all activity on your account will be treated as authorised. 699bd will investigate reported unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period. 699bd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

8.3 Two-Factor Authentication

699bd offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for account logins. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via your account security settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account. 699bd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the account holder.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 699bd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using 699bd for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. 699bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports markets, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit any platform feature.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting manifest pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to generate profit. Profits generated in this manner will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 699bd support. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to 699bd by any person under the age of 21.

Where any prohibited conduct is identified, 699bd reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited activity, withhold or recover funds, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase request requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during periods of loss.

10.2 Session Reminders and Time-Out

You may configure session time reminders that notify you of how long you have been logged in. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 699bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

699bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or interruption to data services
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Any loss arising from third-party game provider malfunctions
• Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power outages, or internet service disruptions
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the 699bd platform that is subsequently found to be incorrect

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 699bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

699bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (mobile number or email) and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of 699bd after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by 699bd

699bd may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; your account is inactive and subject to closure per Section 3.3; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon termination for breach, 699bd reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to a breach by you, any cleared, non-bonus balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.
